Reporting and Removal Process

Upon detection or notification of potential CSAM:

    1. Immediate Review: Our trained team promptly reviews the content to confirm if it violates our CSAM policy.

    1. Content Removal: Confirmed CSAM is immediately removed from our platform.

    1. Law Enforcement Notification: We report all confirmed cases of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and, when necessary, to local law enforcement, providing all relevant information to assist in investigation and prosecution.

    1. User Sanction: Users found distributing or in possession of CSAM are subject to immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

User Collaboration

We urge our community to be vigilant and report any suspected CSAM. Reports can be made anonymously, but we encourage providing as much detail as possible to assist in our review and the subsequent investigation by authorities.

Amendments

This policy may be updated or amended periodically to reflect changes in legislation, technology, or our internal procedures.
